Back Online
Thanks to my mom for her generosity (or guilt, as the case may be). She never let herself get over the fact that she didn't really do anything for me when I graduated from college, and she was afraid that it may have been her that put the bug on my old computer. In combination, these factors led her to get me a new machine before she returned to the Philippines. I now have regular access to the internet, so the only excuse I will have for going weeks without writing is my busy schedule (read: laziness). Quite a lot has happened since I last gave you an update. The family (mom, dad and youngest brother) have come and gone. The cadet was here for awhile as well. Sis graduated, and just recently got an office admin job at a UW virology lab. Roomie moved out so he could be closer to campus. It worked out well for him to go before school started so he won't end up getting kicked out in the middle of school when my new roommate moves in. I'm thinking her stuff will show up around the end of the year when she moves back to Colorado for a couple of months to plan the wedding, and she'll show up around the beginning of April. That's right: in case the last couple of lines were too subtle for you, Lindsey and I are getting married in a few months. Details will follow as more specific plans are made, and of course, anyone who can make it will be invited.
