Does it get any better than this?
Talk about a great day. Well, at least the afternoon/evening was good. After work I headed down to my aunt and uncle's house in Kent. They're still on vacation, and my brother has been watching their place for the last couple of weeks. When I got down there I flipped on the tv, looking for a hockey game. I found not only a hockey game, but also the world poker championships. I'm sure all the bandits from a couple of years ago could appreciate this experience; kicking back on the couch with a cold beer, playoff hockey with half million dollar hands of hold 'em between periods. My brother had some friends down for pizza and movies and frisbee/rugby/wiffle ball. I had to be back at the apartment in the morning for a cable install, so I took off around 10:00. And what was on the radio while I was driving home? The new radiohead album, complete and without commercial interruption. It won't be released until June, but the crazy night dj on The End managed to find a copy and decided to completely disregard all the legalities. Nothing like great music just before you drift off.
